We at AITEC have been devoted to producing quality goods since we were founded in 1959. We always keep this basic idea first and foremost in mind. However, it was almost forgotten these past few years. Due to the recession, we attached more importance to cost. Now customers' values are changing a lot. Even in the hotel business, customers expect to get cheaper and safer products, and the number of customers hoping to get good quality products is increasing. Does get AITEC give that kind of customer satisfaction with our products? We think in order to do that it is necessary to provide more attentive service.
AITEC started a new fiscal year in October 2005. It is a challenge to answer the above question. As our goal for this year, we will make an effort to follow the basic idea for manufacturing without forgetting to make better and safer products with higher quality and to tackle environmental issues.
